Return, Refund & No Call - No Show Policy

Last updated: May 12, 2023 Refund Policy If notified within 24 hours or earlier a makeup day will be scheduled with the next avalible instructor. In the event that there are no avalible slots we will issue a partial refund. No Call - No Show Policy In the event you book a lesson with any of our instructors performing any service at any location and fail to 1.) Notify us within 24 hours of scheduled lesson 2.) No call - No show (Fail to show) no make up and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation/Sick Day Policy

Last updated: May 12, 2023 Swimmer who are/ have been ill should be kept at home, this is in the best interest of their health as well as their instructor. Each swimmer is able to miss 1 day for sickness, this day will be rescheduled for makeup with the next avalibile instructor. We must be notified no less then 2 hours of the scheduled appointment. If not, the missed lesson will be deemed a "No Call - No Show". NO REFUNDS will be issued. If the swimmer misses additional days those days will be deemed as forfeited, no make up days nor refunds will be premitted. Please do your best to attend! If a class is cancelled by the instructor, the instructor will schedule a make-up lesson before the end of the current program session. Not attending a make-up class will not entitle you to a refund or credit, please do your best to attend.

No Refund Policy

This No Refund Policy has been established to clarify the terms of your purchase and ensure fairness and consistency for all parties involved. Lesson Sessions and Purchases: At Simpson Aquatics LLC, we offer swim lessons organized into sessions, typically spanning a duration of three months. Each session includes a predetermined number of lessons, which are purchased in advance by our customers. By purchasing lessons, customers are reserving a specific spot within a session and committing to participate in the aquatics event during that time period. No Rollovers Policy: We would like to emphasize that purchased lessons within a session are non-transferable and will not be allowed to rolled over. This means that any unused lessons within a session cannot be carried over to subsequent sessions or redeemed for a refund or credit. Customers are responsible for utilizing their purchased lessons within the specified session. Completion of Lessons: Customers are responsible for ensuring the completion of their purchased lessons within the designated session. Lessons not utilized within the session will be forfeited, and no refunds or credits will be provided for unused lessons. We encourage customers to schedule their lessons in a timely manner to maximize the benefit of their purchase. Notification Policy: While we strive to provide advance notification of session dates and lesson schedules, such notifications are intended as a courtesy and not guaranteed. Customers are advised to regularly check their profile on our website, communication channels, or contact our customer service for updates on lesson schedules and session dates. Changes to lesson schedules, if any, are not grounds for refunds or credits. Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases circumstances preventing participation, customers may request a review of their situation.
